A “shadow box” is a deep frame in which you can accommodate either art or items that require some depth. Whether you’d like to “float” the art on the back wall of the frame, or frame memorabilia or items that need depth, we can help you make the right choice.
Today, there are a number of deep mouldings and mouldings with “extenders” available to make this possible. However, FrameMakers can also custom build a deep shadowbox frame.
Another option is to use a Plexi glass box with a custom built backing. This will allow you to view the item you are exhibiting from the sides as well.
